Hang 10 -- a standing track A standing track has mega-horizontal movement. This is the Hang 10 ; note that the hips are thrust forward. The balance is delicate, but the fast-forward movement is a blast! Starting with a standard stand-up position, the arms are held straight up beside the ears. The stance is a lean-back crouch, with legs slightly bent; the more hips-forward and leaned-back, the more forward speed youll have. If you start to flounder, rember a quick vRW stable will cover your flail so you can rock on! |
